You can apply by completing our First Home Withdrawal Form at and emailing it, with all documents, to info@generatekiwisaver.co.nz. 

You may qualify if you: 

• Have been in KiwiSaver 3+ years 

• Haven’t owned a home or land (or have a Kāinga Ora letter confirming same position as a first-home buyer) 

• Will live in the property as your main home 

• Haven’t made a first home withdrawal before 

You can withdraw your personal, employer, and investment contributions (leaving $1,000 in your account), 

Allow at least 10 business days for processing.
