Process times

• 1–2 business days for your payment to be invested.

• Another 1–2 business days for your Generate App balance to update.

This means your app balance is usually about two business days behind your actual account

• Once money is paid into KiwiSaver, it’s generally locked in until you’re eligible to withdraw (such as for retirement or your first home).

• Always double-check the amount and reference details before making a transfer.
