Frequently Asked Questions

To update your email address: 

1. Log in to your Generate app (with your existing credentials). 

2. Tap the icon in the top right corner. 

3. Select My profile. 

4. You’ll see your email address — simply update it to the new one by clicking on the pencil icon and click ‘Continue’. 

5. You will be sent an email with a code. Once you verify the code sent to your new email, you will be able to use your new email address to login to the Generate app at your next session.
