Generate is working remotely and is open for business

You will be aware of the Government’s announcement to move to Alert Level 3 and then Alert level 4 at midnight tomorrow.

We remain available to support you.

Our offices are closed but our team is working remotely and we will be able to look after your enquiries, albeit by phone and email rather than in person. The Generate investment team is fully resourced and continue to actively manage your investments.

We recommend staying the course and not switching from a growth fund to a conservative fund in times of market turmoil. But at the end of the day it is your money and your choice. The Financial Markets Authority (FMA) concurs with our recommendation - Gillian Boyes, the Investor Capability manager at FMA, has published some sound advice on how to manage your KiwiSaver during the current volatility. If you are anxious about recent market movements it is well worth reading.
