PB Festival 2026 PROMOTION TERMS & CONDITIONS
ENTRY AND ELIGIBILITY
1. The PB Festival 2026 Promotion (the Promotion) is provided by Generate Investment Holdings Limited, PO Box 91609, Victoria Street West, Auckland 1142, New Zealand (Generate or the Promoter).
To enter, a person (the Entrant) must be 18 years or older, be a New Zealand resident, and submit their contact details through one of the following methods:
a. When purchasing a ticket to PB Festival 2026, by selecting the option to be contacted by Generate; or
b. By completing the Generate prize draw entry form at the Generate stand during PB Festival 2026, held at Claudelands Events Centre, Hamilton, on 14 and 15 November 2026.
Each Entrant may enter the Promotion only once, regardless of the entry method used. No purchase is necessary to enter at the Generate stand.
2. Entries will be accepted from the opening of PB Festival 2026 ticket sales until 11:59pm on 15 November 2026. Entries received after this time will not be accepted.
3. Entry is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or older, excluding employees of Generate Investment Holdings Limited and their immediate families.
THE WINNER AND THE PRIZE
4. The PB Festival 2026 promotion winners will be determined on or about 16.11.2026. The prize winner will be contacted by phone using the contact details provided on the entry form.
5. There are two prizes available. Each winner will receive a $500 investment in a Generate Managed Fund. This will be paid into the winner’s Generate Managed Fund account once the correct identification requirements have been met in order to open a Generate Managed Fund account.
6. Generate will require proof of age, identity, address and other information from you relevant to entry and participation in this prize draw. This is a regulatory requirement in order to open a Managed Fund account. Verification is mandatory. If for any reason Generate is unable to verify the identity of the winner and is therefore unable to open a Managed Fund account for the winner as a result of this competition, the competition prize will be cancelled.
7. The winner is fully responsible for any tax implications arising from accepting the prize.
8. Fees apply to all Generate Managed Funds (refer to the Product Disclosure Statement) at www.generatewealth.co.nz/advertising-disclosures/ for details.
9. To receive the prize, each winner must:
a. Be aged 18 years or older and a New Zealand resident.
b. Meet the eligibility requirements to open an account in the Generate Unit Trust Scheme (Generate Managed Funds).
c. Complete the necessary application, identity verification and account opening requirements, including any requirements under applicable anti-money [BL1.1]laundering legislation.
10. Generate will offer each winner financial advice, at no additional cost, to help them understand the available Generate Managed Funds and select a fund appropriate for their investment goals, circumstances and risk tolerance. The winner is not required to accept this advice, but must select a [single or mix of] Generate Managed Fund[LG2.1] to receive the prize.
11. Once the winner has completed the necessary account opening requirements and selected their fund, Generate will arrange for $500 to be invested into that fund on their behalf.
12. The prize cannot be paid to the winner directly as cash or transferred to another person. The prize must be invested into an eligible Generate Managed Fund. After investment, the prize funds may be withdrawn in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Generate Managed Funds, including any applicable withdrawal requirements, fees and investment risks.
13. If a winner does not meet the eligibility requirements, declines to complete the necessary account opening process or is otherwise unable to accept the prize, the Promoter may select another winner by random draw.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
14. Completion of the Entry form and entry into this promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions. If a winner does not accept these terms and conditions the prize will be forfeited.
15. The Promoter reserves the right to extend, postpone, or cancel the competition and to update the terms and conditions, and the prize without notice and for whatever reason.
16. All entries become the property of the Promoter. Entry into the promotion constitutes consent by the Entrant to the Promoter to use the entrant’s personal information for the purposes of the Promoter (or its advisers or agents) contacting the Entrant to discuss the Generate KiwiSaver Scheme and/or the Generate Unit Trust (Managed Funds) Scheme (each a 'Scheme' and together the 'Schemes’), and for any administrative and promotional purposes connected with the promotion (and the Entrant waives any claims to royalty, right or remuneration for such use). The entrant may be contacted by phone, email or SMS. Any reply to an SMS will be charged at the entrant’s standard network provider’s rate. All entrants’ personal information will be held in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 by the Promoter (Level 9, GHD House, 21 Queen Street, Auckland 1010) and the Promoter’s Privacy Statement at Generate Privacy Statement. Any requests to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the Promoter using the contact details available on the website www.generatewealth.co.nz. Where the Promoter shares entrants’ personal information with its independent third party advisers for the purposes of the adviser contacting the entrant to discuss the Scheme, the third party adviser may also discuss other third party products and services with the entrant which are not affiliated with or endorsed by the Promoter. Any use of an entrant’s personal information by a third-party adviser for purposes other than discussing the Scheme on behalf of the Promoter will be subject to the third party’s own privacy policy. Entrants may opt out of receiving promotional communications at any time by contacting the sender and/or clicking on the unsubscribe facility in any electronic message.
17. The Promoter may be required by law to disclose the personal information you provide. The Promoter will only disclose the information if it believes on reasonable grounds that it is required to do so.
18. In relation to any aspect of the promotion, the Promoter’s decision is final and binding on every person who enters, and no correspondence will be entered into.
19. The Promoter reserves the right to require the prize winner to sign a declaration confirming their eligibility to accept the prize and to verify their identity.
20. Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries. No purchase, skill based activity or other participation at PB Festival is required to qualify for the prize draw.
21. The Prize is not transferable and not redeemable for cash.
22. The Promoter will be responsible for the delivery of the prize.
23. The Promoter, Public Trust (as Trustee of the Scheme) and their respective associated agencies, companies and employees, and the Scheme shall not be liable in any way (including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss) or for any loss or damage or personal injury suffered or sustained by any person directly or indirectly arising out of or in connection with this promotion, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. The Promoter is not liable for any tax implications that may result from winning a prize package. The prizes are being provided by Generate Investment Holdings Limited and not the Generate KiwiSaver Scheme nor Public Trust.
24. Nothing in condition 19 is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify the winner’s rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
