Generate & I Am Hope Partnership Terms & Conditions

1. I Am Hope has introduced Generate to the partner organisation of I Am Hope. A Generate adviser will engage with the partner organisation and provide access to financial advice on the Generate KiwiSaver Scheme. This advice may be provided by hosting in-person or online financial wellbeing sessions, and/or offering no-obligation advice meetings.
2. I Am Hope and Generate Investment Holdings Limited have entered into a referral agreement under which Generate will pay commission equivalent to 0.125% per annum of the members’ KiwiSaver funds under management to I Am Hope, in respect of those members who join the Generate KiwiSaver Scheme following a referral. This arrangement is subject to the terms set out in that agreement.
3. Only members who engage directly with a Generate adviser through an I Am Hope partner organisation will be included in the I Am Hope commission payments. Referrals generated independently by a Generate adviser (e.g. friends, family, personal networks or referrals from other members or potential applicants) will be excluded.
4. In accordance with our standard commercial arrangements, Members who subsequently appoint a third party financial adviser or who cease to be members of the Generate KiwiSaver Scheme will be excluded from the commission payments.
