This privacy statement applies to personal information collected by GoCIO Limited, a company incorporated in New Zealand (company number 9385392) and related companies of Generate Funds Limited (in this notice, ‘we’, ‘us’, ‘our’) from or about our customers and prospective customers, and persons related to them (‘you’, ‘your’), when our customers and prospective customers interact with us, including through our website, and when they request information about, or apply for our products and services.

3. If you do not agree to provide us with personal information
You don’t have to give us personal information about you, or any other person. However, if you do not provide us with the information we request, we may not be able to provide you with our products and services, or you may not be able to fully benefit from our products and services.

We may collect personal information about someone else from you. If you do provide us with someone else’s personal information, you must make sure you have that person’s authority to do so and you must make sure that person knows that their information may be used by us in the circumstances set out in this notice.

• by our custody service providers, who may also use cloud service providers located in New Zealand or overseas;
• in physical files held securely at our premises.

• request that we correct personal information that we hold about you.
