Generate’s Chat service is designed as an information service to answer general questions about our company and products, and to provide helpful guidance. It does not provide financial advice and you should not disclose your PIN, password or any other sensitive information over the service.
If you have more specific questions, chat to a human via the Generate App or call us on 0800 855 322 and we will gladly put you in touch with the relevant person at Generate.
Chats may be recorded or monitored for training purposes.
