Why can’t I log in to the app?
If you are unable to log in, the most common reason is an incorrect or forgotten password. You can reset your password online by following the steps below:
1. Go to https://auth.generatewealth.co.nz/reset-password.
2. Enter your email address and click Email me.
3. Follow the instructions in the email to create a new password.
If you do not receive the reset email, this may mean we do not have your most up-to-date email address on file. Please contact Generate on 0800 855 322.
If you have recently enabled Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) and cannot log in, ensure you have access to your secondary verification method (SMS or authenticator app). If you need to disable 2FA, give us a call so we can turn this off for you.
