Frequently Asked Questions

If you’ve never logged in to your Generate App or online account before, you will need to call us first so we can help set up your online account. Once this is done, you’ll be able to access your Generate account anytime.

If you’re new to Generate online access

1. Call us on 0800 855 322 and we’ll help you get set up.

2. Once your online account is set up, you can log in via our website https://auth.generatewealth.co.nz/ or download the Generate App onto your phone and access your account at any time.

If you’ve logged in before but forgotten your password

1. Go to https://auth.generatewealth.co.nz/reset-password.

2. Enter your email address and click Email me.

3. Follow the instructions in the email to create a new password.

Tip: Use the same email address you provided to Generate. If you’re unsure which email is linked to your account, give us a call and we’ll help you update it.
