If you’ve already made an initial retirement withdrawal from your Generate KiwiSaver Scheme, you can now submit a Subsequent retirement withdraw online via the app.

Simply login to your Generate app (or on the website), click on Manage and scroll down to Retirement.

This process is simpler than your initial withdrawal. Just follow the steps and this will send your application to the team for processing. You can do this all online.

Please note:

• If your initial retirement withdrawal was made with a previous provider before you transferred to Generate, and you haven’t made a retirement withdrawal with us yet, you’ll need to complete the Generate Retirement Withdrawal form first.
