How to apply for a Managed Fund withdrawal

To withdraw from your Generate Managed Fund account (individual or joint), complete the Generate Managed Funds Withdrawal Form and send it to us with:

• Proof of your bank account (if not already provided when you joined)

• If required, proof of identity and address — either through electronic verification consent or certified ID documents (see page 3 of the form for details)

Once we receive your completed application, we’ll aim to process your withdrawal the next business day.
