Frequently Asked Questions

You can access your Generate account in two ways:

• Through the Generate app, or

• Via our website (click Log in in the top right corner) or go directly to the login here.

Both options use the same login details.

What you’ll need

• The email address registered to your Generate account

• Your password

Forgot your password?

If you’ve forgotten your password:

1. Click Forgot password on the Login page

2. Follow the link sent to your registered email to reset your password

You’ll only receive a reset email if your email address has been registered for your account or app access.

Shared or unregistered email addresses

If you:

• Previously shared an email address with another Generate member (e.g. a parent, if you were under 18), or

• Your email address hasn’t been registered to your account,
