Frequently Asked Questions

Once you make a bank transfer to your Managed fund account, there are a few steps before your money is invested in your chosen Managed Fund.

Here’s how it works:

• It can take up to 1 business days for the money to reach us after you make the payment.

• Once we receive the funds and can clearly identify who the payment is for, it will be invested the next business day.

• Payment confirmation will be sent to you via email and you should be able to see the deposit on your Generate App or online account transaction list the business day after funds have been invested.

In total, I can take about 3-4 business days to see your deposit reflected on your online account.
