Generate Coffee Shout June– Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter: This promotion is run by Generate Investment Management Limited (“Generate”).

2. Offer Overview: Eligible participants may receive one (1) complimentary coffee (“Offer”) by completing the required registration form and presenting proof of submission at the
participating café, Lieutenant Café & Little Lieutenant, during the promotional period.

3. Eligibility:

• The Offer is available to individuals aged 18 years or over who are eligible to join KiwiSaver.

• The Offer is limited to one (1) coffee per person.

• The Offer is only available at participating locations (Lieutenant Café & Little Lieutenant) and during the specified promotion period of 7:00am-11:00am, 4 June 2026, or once the total promotional budget of $8,000 has been exhausted, whichever occurs earlier.

4. How to Redeem

• To qualify for the Offer, participants must:

o Complete and submit the official Coffee Shout registration form in full, including accurate contact details; and

o Present the confirmation screen (or equivalent proof of submission) to café staff at the time of ordering.

• Failure to present proof of submission may result in the Offer being declined.

5. Data Collection and Consent

• By completing and submitting the registration form to receive a complimentary coffee, participants acknowledge and agree that:

o They are providing their personal information to Generate; and

o Generate may use the information provided to contact the individual in relation to their KiwiSaver account. This includes arranging a follow-up call, providing general information about KiwiSaver, or offering a KiwiSaver review or educational session. Participation in the promotion constitutes consent to be contacted by Generate for these purposes.

6. Product and Menu Restrictions

• The Offer applies to standard menu coffee items only.

• The following items are excluded from the Offer:

o Tiramisu or Oreo beverages

o Einspanner or Vietnamese coffee

o Juices, RTDs, or smoothies

o Strawberry matcha, cold brew, and iced tea

o Flavoured shots

• The participating café reserves the right to determine eligible menu items at its discretion.

7. General Conditions

• The Offer is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash or any other product.

• The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or discount unless otherwise stated.

• Generate reserves the right to verify the validity of any claim and to decline the Offer where it reasonably suspects misuse, fraud, or breach of these Terms and Conditions.

8. Changes and Cancellation

• Generate reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the promotion, or these Terms and Conditions, at any time without prior notice.

9. Liability

• To the extent permitted by law, Generate is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury suffered or incurred as a result of participation in this promotion or redemption of the Offer.
