How to identify a good investment

Even when the markets are down there are good investment opportunities to be found.

However, identifying a good investment opportunity amongst a plethora of options, is no easy feat. And while there’s no ‘golden ticket’ or ‘fool-proof checklist’ that investors can lean on, there are some indicators that investors commonly look for as signs of growth, and red flags that forewarn of an investment worth staying away from.

Generate Global Equities Research Analyst, Dan Cloete, spoke to Mel Homer on Today FM about some of the things he looks for when researching different investment opportunities.
