He also covered the latest positive news for the New Zealand economy, with annual tourism numbers surpassing 3.5 million for the first time since 2020, and signs that the tide may be turning more favourably on the net migration front. Greg also highlighted another instalment in the “green shoots” economic story, with New Zealand’s manufacturing sector sustaining its recent surge in January.
