Generate wins Consumer NZ People’s Choice Award for KiwiSaver for the sixth year, with a record‑high 90% member satisfaction rating.
Generate is proud to announce it has once again been named a winner of the Consumer NZ People’s Choice Award for KiwiSaver – marking the sixth time (and fifth consecutive year) Kiwis have rated Generate among the country’s most loved KiwiSaver providers.
Record‑high customer satisfaction in 2026 for Generate
In Consumer NZ’s 2026 nationwide customer satisfaction survey, Generate achieved an outstanding 90% “very satisfied” rating from its members – significantly ahead of the KiwiSaver industry average of 62%.
The result also represents a substantial increase from Generate’s already impressive 80% satisfaction score in 2025.

What the award means for Generate members
“Winning this award six times is incredibly special because it comes directly from KiwiSaver members themselves,” said Henry Tongue, Generate Chief Executive Officer.

Independent research by Consumer NZ
Consumer NZ’s People’s Choice Awards are based on independent customer satisfaction research conducted with a nationally representative sample of New Zealanders. In 2026, the survey included 1,958 adults across Aotearoa.
Generate’s result stood well clear of the industry average, reinforcing its position as one of New Zealand’s leading KiwiSaver providers for customer satisfaction.
